Great job! Don't worry about the seconds or your garmin. It's just rounding error. If it was me, I'd pass on the race this weekend.

way to go, eric! 4:00:02 -- mean chip! but that's great that you ran pretty much right on your target time. those three seconds can be a great motivator for the next one. :)

you ran a smart race, and even with the walk breaks in the final miles, your pace didn't fall off much. you did a great job preparing for this race -- very consistent and disciplined. this was a nice step forward and now you are that much closer to the sub-4. congratulations.

great photos, especially the finish photo and the pace tat.

be careful on those stairs next weekend.

Thanks Kam. I should pass the race but I am darn stubborn ! We'll see what happens.

Allie, thanks. What can I say: I had a great coach ! =)

Allie has got to be an awesome coach! Eric!! Eric!! Congratulations! This is a wonderful thing to see. You have been relentlessly persistent in your pursuit of running. Forget "shouldn't" and "can't". You have done it!

Thanks April. Allie is an awesome coach.

Still have to get those three seconds to get my sub 4 marathon. But that will be someday, right now my legs prefer not to move. ;)
