What's going on Eric? You're going to let Lucia chick you?

Man that girl is fast. If I don't better than her, I'll probably have to join the air force ... =)

Wow Eric your training pace has really gotten a lot faster! Just think how fast you will be in a race! I can't wait for your next 10K--I think you will demolish your PR.

April, yes, my pace is getting better. My tendons are getting better very, very slowly.

Thats exactly what I wanted to do in my Jan race, but injury prevented it from happening; hopefully, this month. I have a 10k race on May 24th (already registered). But we shall see.

20 days away. Good luck.

Just re-reading my last comment. It sounds arrogant, thats not me. Maybe should have written: it feels like the pace is getting easier... or something like that.

Nah--I don't think you sounded arrogant at all, the pace IS getting better and you are getting FASTER and you should feel proud and celebrate that! You have worked hard and have waited patiently through injury.

Eric - you will be amazing!!! Nice workout today. And how nice to be able to visit your "long lost friends" and meet their son for the first time. I bet that was fun.
