Long term...mmm...hard one, just continue running and having the luck a running races to keep on the edge, every so often.

Yes, I'm in on the sep HM. Its the best one around here so I better not let it pass. Will try to PR on that one, still have 3 months of training, so things look good.

Tendons are a pain! Even after not biking for a month mine started hurting again after biking a day. It seems they take a long time to heal! But I'm glad your pain is better.

Try from March 2008 to date for tendon pain... the only thing that has really helped me is: running ! believe it or not.
