That's awesome that you daughter is hanging out with you on your runs! I always like it when my kids join me!

How old is she? Fun, she will be a runner like her dad.

I said this on my blog, but thought you might see it here first. HOW do I delete runs on my Garmin from the computer????

From Eric Day on Fri, Jun 05, 2009 at 11:53:51 from 189.192.31.171

My eldest girl is 9. She is soooo skinny that I think she could break into pieces if she runs....but I love her.

Don't know if this works in all versions of Garmin. I have a 405. Once you download the info from the Garmin to the computer, your watch should be clean of info. Now you need to delete de files on the computer. If I remember right, the path for the files is something like ~/library/Application Support/Garmin/Devices/ #### /Garmin Connect/Pending Uploads/ . Any file there is a run pending to upload to Garmin Connect, if you delete it, its gone!

Hope it works for you...

I like having my daughters ride with me when I run, too, but it doesn't happen all that often.

This is a new fad with my girls, I wonder how long will it last...the company is just great, makes time & distance pass so much faster.

Granted, I don't have any children, but I always thoroughly enjoy when either of my siblings wants to run with me for any distance. Having my brother as a pacer at Pinhoti for around 29 miles was a blast, and running portions of my long runs with my sister whenever I'm at home is always incredibly enjoyable.

Cool that your daughter kept you company. I need to convince mine to do the same.

Monte, back from the underworld! Nice to have you back. We were getting tired of getting to listen only to Burt! ;)

Yeah, Burt's constant sarcasm is getting old and starting to rub people the wrong way. Wait a minute...

Hey, you've always got Nevels. He knows how to be funny without it being at the expense of others.
