Sounds awesome! It is always great to have a "good feelings" run.

Good progression run.

Speaking of keeping things interesting...

GREAT WORK!

Don't really 'know' the temp; its just cool, only wear a t-shirt and shorts, in the morning when its cooler. I don't like to run with tons of things on me...

From Eric Day on Tue, Jun 30, 2009 at 18:33:38 from 189.192.216.251

Kelli, been checking the temps. When I start, its before sunrise, so its about 65 F, when I finish, it must be around 80 F. I don't drink any water during my run (only on long runs), so when run is finished, I chug down a liter of water! And the rest of the day I keep drinking, and drinking, and drinking...

That reminds me, I should weigh myself.

From Kelli on Tue, Jun 30, 2009 at 19:22:57 from 71.219.76.64

WOW, it heats up fast!

They do say you should weigh yourself before and after a run so you can replace the lost water. I typically lose 2 pounds no matter what the heat is. My husband will lose 6-8 on the same run. Scott and Burt should have a contests to see who sweats more!

From Eric Day on Tue, Jun 30, 2009 at 19:36:15 from 189.192.216.251

Can you imagine the two together? They could create a river ...

Since I've been losing weigh because of running, I'm sort of waiting to fall down to 'true' weight.

From Kelli on Tue, Jun 30, 2009 at 20:17:10 from 71.219.76.64

I think they could make a lake! Well, sweat is salty, so maybe an OCEAN!

I only weigh myself after a workout, I like what the scale says better!

From seeaprilrun on Tue, Jun 30, 2009 at 21:24:25 from 205.172.12.230

I second that Kelli! I am usually 1 or 2 pounds lighter!
