Nice run, you can start training at altitude then? :)

You'll have to post the pics

Sounds like a perfect trail for training, kudos for not quitting! That's super high altitude, I'm surprised you didn't get sick! I was in Aspen, which is about 8,000 ft this winter and my breathing got hard just going up a few steps! Hope lunch is yummy!

What an awesome run Eric! That is indeed some altitude training!

Chris, not sure if I could do it again, so hard going up, well down too. My chest hurt because of the effort my lungs where doing trying to get some oxygen in. As soon as I download the picture I'll post some.

Lucia, not sick, but did miss the lack of oxygen. Lunch was ok, but I was really hungry and afterward just wanted to get in bed...tired.

Teena, nothing like your training. You are THE man.

April, it was hard core hill training ... =).

Hey man, no posting in a few days, should we worry? I hope this hard run didn't mess you up, your training is going so well!

Lucia, lost me here...I've been posting daily.

I think your papers that you have to turn in are getting the best of you...
