I am sorry to hear of your mother-in-law's illness. I'll keep all of you in my prayers.

Very sorry to hear about your wife's mother, that has got to be very hard on her and your family. Take care. And I agree with Burt (and I understood his Spanish)---your family is what is important right now.

I will keep you guys in my thoughts and prayers.

Thanks everybody for your kind words. God has been wonderful and given us more time with my 'suegra'. After 3 endoscopies, she is getting better and should be coming out of the hospital between tomorrow and friday.

Things have been difficult, handling the business, our girls, the construction, etc. These are moments when one values the work of the mother! God bless mommy.

That is great news! Tell your wife how much you appreciate her, mommies do work hard!!!

Really sorry to hear about this news Eric, but I'm glad things are looking better now.

Hope things settle back to normal soon

Thanks again Kelli, Bonnie & Chris. She is supposed to go home today (if all went well in the last 12 hours). I don't know yet.

Unfortunately, this has screwed up my training program. This week was supposed to bve a high mileage week (60+). Well, God works in mysterious ways, no?

Take care all !

From seeaprilrun on Thu, Sep 24, 2009 at 15:57:23 from 205.172.12.229

Glad she is better! This may have not screwed up your training schedule after all, sometimes some rest is what your body needs. Family is most important! Wonderful that you are caring for your house full of girls! You are outnumbered, arent you?!

From Eric Day on Thu, Sep 24, 2009 at 17:28:36 from 189.192.68.140

April, thanks. Yes, I am outnumbered. 3 to 1. But I AM the king of the house. I always have the last word in a discussion (yes my dear)....

=)
