Awesome. Even though it hurts. Somewhere inside it feels good because you know you've just ran further than ever.

Wow Eric great job on the 20 miles and 3 1/2 hours of running my goodness that would make anyone worn out!! Great job on finishing despite the discomforts! Take it easy tomorrow!

Good run. The last few km's will usually feel pretty rough in a 20-mile run, especially if you are not taking in the right balance of water and electrolytes, but it will get better.

Every two or three weeks, go for a long run (20+), and in a couple of months, it will be much easier (it will probably feel like 10 or 15 miles used to feel to you...)

Again, solid run; keep it up....

Good job Eric! It is great to get the first 20 miler done, what a milestone!

I just looked at the mileage board, and I'm so angry. I should be on the first page easily because everyone's tapering for SGM. Darn calf! Oh well. It's feeling better. Hopefully Monday...

Burt, it does feel good to be able to run so much; but it hurts more! ;) I'm still trying to recover ...get that calf fixed !!!! take care.

April, completely worn out...after a few hours rest I devoured (literally) my lunch & my wife's lunch.

John, I look forward to that day. Don't know how many times more I can do long run and feel so depleted.

Bonnie, yes, thank you, now if I could only recover & continue my normal running....
