Good to hear it is improving, keep the icing up and hopefully you'll be running again soon.

Are the stretches helping?

From seeaprilrun on Wed, Oct 07, 2009 at 11:14:59 from 68.103.250.39

So good to hear you are doing better!

From Eric Day on Wed, Oct 07, 2009 at 11:17:20 from 189.192.198.77

Thanks Chris & April. Yes, I'm doing the stretches as much as possible. I'm also walking barefoot here in the office (when possible), & icing at home as much as I can. Feel 90% recovered, only the heel is a little sore; and my calves are also sore (maybe from the limping)

Now I know you're all man because you don't even spell BENGAY correctly.

LOL just about fell out of my chair so THAT'S what "benguei" is--I thought maybe it was some weird Mexican remedy! Still laughing...

Hoping by now that the 90% recovery is up to 95%!! :)

How is the foot?

From beef on Thu, Oct 08, 2009 at 20:41:06 from 72.44.96.196

Ahh sorry to hear the foot isn't cooperating. I hope it improves soon!

The safe side is my favorite side.

From Eric Day on Fri, Oct 09, 2009 at 11:12:26 from 189.192.74.151

Well, thanks to what April called a weird mexican remedy, I think I'm better. Heel is still sore, so will tape some more & keep doing the stretching. During the run felt well, guess that once it warms up it's fine.

Monte, being in the army is safe side?
