We have no Thanksgiving. But the translation would be "Dia de Accion de Gracias". Mexicans don't say thanks...I insist we should.

No turkey for me today, have to wait for Christmas to have my Mother's tasty turkey!

Alternatively you could say every day is Thanks Giving Day! Todos los dias es dia de dar las gracias!
