Well have fun and enjoy the Christmas show! Hope the tiredness eases off!

You're really doing great.

Thanks Burt, someday...someday I'll run a marathon!

The Christmas Show was cute. My daughter did a wonderful job dancing "Jingle Bells" in rap version. How about that?!

Fun fun.

Nice job building up the miles. I can totaly appreciate those "fragile" knees.

It's all part of the building up of mileage Just take it slow and use the 10% rule. You'll be ready for that 1/2 marathon before you know it.

Good job making up the miles, and glad to hear that the Christmas show went well.

From Eric Day on Wed, Dec 17, 2008 at 10:49:01

Thanks guys.

Plumbcrazy: need holding up, but still feel 'fragile'. I believe I can run the distance, just not sure yet what pace to aim for in the 1/2 race. 5, 5:30 (min/km)? I'll have to work out the numbers.

Nevels, thanks. What can I say a bout the show? Of course my daughter was the best on stage!! ja ja.

Cheers all!
