Sweet Eric and a PR too! You didn't slow too much at the end and finished nicely. Better than top 10% in the field--nice!!!

NIce work Eric, I remember I once went out with a 1st km of 3:50 when I was running ~44 min for 10km. I learned my lesson! You should compare your times on age graded basis, I think you will have beaten him!

Way to rack up another PR. Tu velocidad es impresivo.

Thanks guys ! Feel good & think I still have energy for tomorrows 20 miler.

What could I run with 20 years less? Ha ! Imagine...

Impresivo or impresionante? But nothing like your speed Burt...

Eric--congrats on the PR. I do wonder what ending time more even splits would have gotten you--did you feel like you were in oxygen debt after the first 1k? You pulled it out in the 10th K to earn the PR. Nice job.

Michelle, thanks. Did not feel the breathing too hard after km 1, but started to heat up too fast and breath harder after km 5. Don't really know where that energy surge came in km10...I was getting very tired.

Teena, thank you...It was a really nice race. And no. YOU ROCK !
