Long term...mmm...hard one, just continue running and having the luck a running races to keep on the edge, every so often.

12 miles would sound *so good* LOL

I always do out and back so for 10 miles, run 5 miles turnaround do the other 5. Tricky to cut that short!

Chris, 12 miles is nothing, only brits would do that...=). My running place is a 1 km loop, so I just do as many k's as I want...I can stop at any..
