Well done Eric's wife! Now everyone in your house is running?

Could be the fact that you are not running as much as you used to, possibly making the calf muscle tighter? Is it tight or just sore?

Well, my wife is trying, which makes me very happy. My girls, mmm, is it just a fad or permanent thing? Time will tell.

It's not tightness, its more like a 'pull' but weird. On wednesday, I was running feeling just great and then I started feeling a bit of pain, I continued running, but the pain kept increasing until I stopped. It was not very painful, but knew something was not right. Walking was fine, but no running. So the cause, your guess is as good as mine.

April, right on ! Yes, but I guess its because I'm not stretching (before and/or after running). But its better now.
