Long term...mmm...hard one, just continue running and having the luck a running races to keep on the edge, every so often.

Sorry to hear that achilles is still a problem. Good to see that you're playing it smart. I just tweaked mine yesterday and a friend whose a P.T. gave me an exercise that should help. If it does I'll pass it on. Otherwise I don't want to fill your head with another 'cure". Look into some cross training- maybe get in the pool.

I'm feeling much. much better but not 100% yet. This monday I'll try jogging again, easy short run, see how things move.
