Its been a while since I updated this, but my short-term running goals are simple: to keep running.

Long term...mmm...hard one, just continue running and having the luck a running races to keep on the edge, every so often.

Tendons looking good! 1/10 across the board. 8K, that is an interesting distance. I wouldn't know how to strategize for that.

April, They feel good today! Even ran at sub 5:00 min/km for first time in training. 8k is a funny distance, no? Don't know what to shoot for, maybe just try to beat my brother?
