Keep taking it easy--sounds like you need the rest--hope your mother-in-law is doing better.

Thanks April, will do. Its was 20 kms in 12 hours, maybe that is why I was tired....

No news today about my mother-in-law, should know soon enough though.

Good job putting those solid miles (or kilometers) in. I thought you said in yesterday's blog that your mother in law was doing better.

I hope your mother-in-law is doing even better today!

Great job on getting that night run in, whenever I SAY I will do it, I don't!

5 good and 5 tired is much better than 10 tired! Glad you were able to get out there. All my best to your family!

Thanks all.

My mother-in-law is back home. My wife took her home and made sure she got in bed to rest more. Looks like we will have her around for another while, which is good news, don't take me wrong.

Night run was, how should we say, weird. A little hot, too many people on the street, to many kids, to many cars, felt tired.

So this is what it feels to do doubles, mmm. I guess I should leave this to big runners like nevels or holt...

Nice job on the 2-fer Eric. :)

Glad you mother-in-law is home.
