Thanks Allie, you have been doing great yourself. I've followed your blog (although no comments), but happy to see you doing great.

Sounds like this extra week of 11k/day has done some good.

Will you be moving up to 12/day next week?

Great run today!! What can you do in Garmin Connect? Not that I have a functioning Garmin I will have to check it out.

Good run Eric. Glad the new route was fun--sometimes it is just distracting to do something new and different so the miles fly by effortlessly.

Nevels, yup, 12k/day next week...I hope. Feeling better.

Kelli, its were you upload the info from the garmin, you can see the route you took, it has stats, etc, its quite cool.

April, thats exactly what I need: distraction. Guess running round & round has taken its toll in my sanity.

Okay, I have done that. I did not realize it connected to the internet, though.

I have the 405, and once I turn on the computer, it reads the info from the watch & uploads to the web site. Quite cool, all by itself.

I guess I need to play with it more. Up until recently, the Garmin was just a really expensive odometer for me!!!!
