April, many thanks. I think I'm slowly getting accustomed to them, but very slowly. No more increases until after the HM. Anyways, you are setting high standards for HM's !! You are making it very tough to catch up with you... =)

Scott, thanks, I took Sasha's advise and I'm now slowly building up miles up to 10 miles per day. Only one more daily km to get there! 999 miles, who would say I would run so many miles...????
